In the fall of 1996, we envisioned a scenareo for our company that manifedted us as one of the top privately owned business group of pakistan with focus on textile business; Fourteen year later, we are proud to state that not only have we achieved a significant objective of our vision, but our horizons have expended so that by the grace of allah, we now do bussiness dealings in the areas beyond textile. The founding stone for STC, which started off as Siddique trading company, was laid in oct 1996 by company CEO Mr. Abu Bakar Siddique; the company was later registered as a private limited by the name of STC in Aug 2005. With our head office located at Karachi's bussiness hub of I.I.Chundrigar Road, Our company's success is attributed to excellent relationships with all our supply chain partners who form an important part of the business cycle.
The company is essentially involved in the trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metal business, textile products including cotton yarn and cotton waste. In addition to that, STC has ventured into the export business of non-ferrous Metals Scraps such as Copper Scraps, Brass Scrap, Aluminum Scrap, Zinc Scrap and Stainless Steel Scrap as well as export of scrap butyl inner tubes. A highlight in the company’s young journey so far has been the achievement of the FPCCI award on five occasions for best export performance in the non-traditional item category.
One of our core beliefs at STC is the need for constant innovation as we continue to broaden our initial vision for growth. With that in mind. We recently launched a joint venture and established an office in Dubai. Furthermore, we have only just entered the business realm for manufacturing of remelted lead Ingots are we continue to set new platforms for our up-coming generations to pursue.
